B NEW Mobiles – Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

B NEW Mobiles offers customers a hassle-free cancellation, return, and exchange experience.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch:

    • Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped.

    • Send an email with your Order ID to care@bnewmobiles.com or call our Customer Care.

    • A cancellation confirmation will be sent to your registered email.

    • Refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations will be processed with a 2% deduction towards banking & transaction charges.

  • After Dispatch:

    • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

    • Only returns or replacements will be allowed in the following cases:

      • Product is defective or damaged.

      • Product is dead on arrival (DOA).

      • Product received is different from what was ordered.

  • Important:

    • Do not accept a package if it is tampered with or visibly damaged at delivery.

    • For defective/damaged/DOA/wrong items, customers must report within 1 day of receipt.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility:

    • Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, DOA, or incorrect.

    • Requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery.

  • Condition:

    • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, user manuals, and manufacturer labels intact.

    • Packaging should not be damaged or show signs of wear.

  • Approval & Processing:

    • Upon approval, B NEW will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.

    • Frequent returns: Customers making more than 3 returns in a financial year may have return requests rejected.

3. Reverse Pick-Up Policy

We offer a simple reverse pick-up facility for eligible pin codes.

  • Request must be raised within 1 day of delivery via email or phone.

  • Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and securely packed with original tags.

  • Pick-up will be arranged within 5 business days of approval.

  • After inspection:

    • Exchanges: Dispatched within 5–7 business days.

    • Refunds: Initiated from our end within 5–7 days. Banks may take 10–15 business days to credit the amount.

  • If reverse pick-up is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product.

  • Reverse pick-up is not available outside India.

4. Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, BNPL, EMI, PayPal)

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

    • B NEW shipped the wrong item/colour/brand.

    • Package was lost in transit.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as Gift Vouchers only.

  • Cash refunds are not possible for COD.

Refunds Will Be Issued In Cases Of:

  • Genuine quality issues.

  • Wrong item shipped.

  • Package lost in transit.

  • Customer dissatisfaction where item is returned in approved condition.

  • Mispricing in catalogue (where charged price is higher than actual).

No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • Product shows minor colour/design variations (normal industry standards).

  • Delivery address is incorrect or outdated.

  • Address format is invalid (e.g., PO Box).

  • Customer refuses delivery or courier makes 3 failed attempts.

  • Products are returned used, damaged, or missing original packaging/accessories.

Note: Refunds will only be processed after B NEW receives and inspects the returned item (except in case of packages lost in transit).

5. Order Modification

  • Items in cart can be reviewed or changed at any time before checkout.

  • To delete → click the “X” next to the item.

  • To change quantity → use + or – buttons.

  • Order total updates automatically.

  • Proceed via “Proceed to Pay” to complete checkout.
