Introduction:
Brands like Vivo, and Xiaomi have already introduced appealing smartphones with top-notch specs in the Rs 30-40K segment, indicating that 2021 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for flagship killers. To put it another way, purchasers are currently spoiled for choice, and Realme recently released the Realme GT smartphone, which, at the time of writing this review, is the cheapest Snapdragon 888 phone on the market. Although we tested the phone previously, it has now been officially introduced in India. We decided to give it another go because the handset's price to performance ratio alone justifies a second look, so let's see if the Realme GT is worth it in this review. Design:

When you add it all up, the Realme GT 5g makes for a pretty comfortable everyday driver.
Moving on, the Realme GT 5G shares many of the same ports and buttons as the Master Edition. A USB Type-C port is located at the bottom of the gadget, sandwiched between a speaker grille and a headphone jack. Both the power button and the volume rocker are located on either side of the phone's chassis, and both are sufficiently tactile. I should also mention that, unlike the Realme GT Master Edition, the GT has a dual-speaker configuration, which is a nice feature. The handset's biometrics are also excellent, with the in-display fingerprint sensor and facial recognition technology providing excellent accuracy and durability.
Display:
The display on the Realme GT 5G is identical to that on the Realme GT Master Edition, which is a nice thing. Because the panel on offer here is 6.43 inches and uses AMOLED technology, consumers can expect rich, vibrant colors and high contrast levels. The display also refreshes at 120Hz and has full HD+ resolution, making it smooth and pixel-dense for on-the-go media consumption.
On the plus side, the display has a touch sampling rate of 360Hz, which means it'll be quite quick for mobile gamers. Surprisingly, the panel is equipped with two ambient light sensors that automatically adjust the display's brightness to match the ambient light. I did observe that the device quickly adjusted to changing lighting settings, so this is unquestionably a useful function to have.
When viewing TV episodes or movies on the phone, the two speakers of the Realme GT make all the difference. Even without earphones on, you might receive a sense of spatial awareness when playing games like Call of Duty Mobile. You may also plug in a pair of 3.5mm headphones to the phone if you want to block out the world. After all is said and done, the Realme GT's acoustic capabilities will not leave you wanting.
Camera:

The primary sensor on the Realme GT takes good photos with plenty of crispness during the day. Furthermore, the handset's HDR processing isn't overly aggressive, so the colours in the scene don't stray too far from reality. However, the handset has trouble correctly exposing shadows. In other words, identifying elements in the darkest areas of any photograph will be difficult.
Performance and software:
The Realme GT 5G is the company's first smartphone to feature Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 888 5G processor. The SoC is manufactured using a 5nm technology.
In order to build "the coolest Snapdragon 888," Realme used a novel multi-layer cooling technology for the Realme GT. It consists of a stainless steel vapor chamber surrounded by copper. Then there are several graphite layers that cover the entire chip region.
The Adreno 660 is also one of the most powerful GPUs available, capable of handling any game. The GT Neo's / X7 Max 5G's 9-core Mali-G77 GPU, which is on par with the Snapdragon 865's, also shows some true flagship potential.
The Snapdragon 888 5G chip, on the other hand, makes the Realme GT 5G appear over-equipped, especially because the manufacturer does not enable HRR gaming.
