Bnew mobiles gives a hassle-free cancellation, returns & Exchange to the customers. For canceling the order customers need to write an email to our customer care service desk ([email protected])
or you can call us at our customer care number in working hours from 10 AM IST – 6 PM IST (+91 40 48 49 11 11) on all working days.
- Customer can cancel the order before the shipment is ready for dispatch.
- Customer can cancel any order which is placed on website by writing an email to the customer care of the company or he can call us at given customer care number on the website with all details i.e. Order I’d. Customer will be notified to same registered email regarding the status of cancellation.
- Refunds against cancellation of products before the shipment is dispatched to the customer are subjected to deduction of 2% of the product price already paid as banking and transaction charges balance money will be refunded to the customer. Customer should Understand & concur by putting the cancellation of any order before the shipment is dispatched.
- Cancellations of order after dispatch or returns only if the product is defective, damage, dead on arrival or what you have got is different from what you have ordered. In all these cases the customer needs to contact the company within 1 day from the product received to the customer. Customer can return the product by sending the Email to customer care of the BNew mobiles website or you can call us at the customer care phone number on website.
- Customer should make sure that he/she will not accept the package if it is tampered or damaged in any manner.
- If customer found that when packing removed the product is defective and/or damaged and/or dead on arrival, what you have got is different from what you have order. Customers immediately need to contact the customer care service of BNewmobiles through the Phone number or Email which is on the company website. The company will look into that request and arrange the replacement of the product or refund of the product will be initiated.
- In case customer opts for replacement or refund of the product due to the defective and/or damaged and/or dead on arrival, what you have got is different from what you have order then customer need to ensure that product is undamaged & packaging condition is good with all the accessories & user manuals. The packaging should not be damaged and there should not be any sign of damage with original labels from the manufacturer. Reverse Pick Up Policy
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.

- Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.
- Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, undamaged and is in a condition given, while delivery.
- We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the Bnew mobiles tags.
Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 5 business days from the date of request.
After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.
In the case of returns, banks normally take 10-15 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 5-7 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
Note: - Some of the pin codes are not feasible for Reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to send it back to us. Please note we do not offer reverse pick facility outside India.

Bnewmobiles reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
- You can review and/or change the items in your shopping cart at any time.
- To delete an item, simply click on the cross.
- To change the quantity, simply change the quantity by clicking on + or – button.
- Your order value will be recalculated each time you change the quantity automatically.
- Once you are satisfied with your order, you can start the checking out process by clicking on “Proceed to Pay” on the Shopping Cart page. This takes you to the Checkout page.
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or Paypal Transactions:
As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.
If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where Bnewmobiles has erroneously sent you a wrong item / colour / brand.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:
- Refunds can only happen via Gift Vouchers.
- Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot get deliver cash through couriers.
- Genuine quality issues.
- Packages lost in transit.
- Product packaging
- In case Bnewmobiles discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price
- In case Bnewmobiles discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
- In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above. In such cases the filled return form should be included in the return shipment.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- In case of minor design and colour variations. With products there will always be some variation between products and images
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
- Package refused by recipient.
- Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
Note: : Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
